JEAN-PIERRE BOISSONNEAULT : Holding a Diploma in Marketing and International Commerce from "École des Hautes Commerciales" of Montreal, Mr. Boissonneault has a significant experience in business development and international trade. He acquired a solid expertise with corporations such as: Centrapharm , Société Nationale de Fiducie and Fiducie Desjardins. Mr. Boissonneault is very active on professional and social grounds. He has been President of Montreal's "Regroupement des gens d'affaires", he is an active member of social organisations and officiate in numerous events and fund raising activities. M. Boissonneault is a board member of the following companies: Alliance Artquest Int., Neptune Technologies, Bioressources inc., Skymedia and Groupe Les Sortilèges.

ÉRIC DURAND : M. Durand started his career as a Montreal Stock Exchange analyst. From 1996 to 2001, M. Durand successively held positions with a bio-technology company and a high-tech company, both listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. During this period he helped those two companies raise more than $20M in equity and debt financings. He was Chief Financial Officer and Director of ArtQuest International Alliances until he left in 2001. M. Durand has been a corporate financial consultant since 1997 and has participated in numerous financing rounds. He holds an M.B.A. (finances) from Laval University and is involved in many associations.

ANDRÉ MARSAN, C.A.: Graduated from "École des Hautes Commerciales" in 1970, Mr. Marsan has worked as Chartered Accountant in major corporations such as Canam Manac and Dominion Bridge. With his solid experience in Finance and Business Management, Mr. Marsan founded in 1999 his own management firm, Groupe Conseil Marsan Inc.

ROBERT L. BLEAU : Graduated from the advanced university course given by the Real Estate Canadian Institute in collaboration with the UQAM, Mr. Bleau has more than 30 years experience in the real estate field. In 1998, he started his own business, specialized in the management of commercial and industrial real estate portfolios.

F. GEORGES SAYEGH: Graduated in Accounting from "École des Hautes Commerciales" in Montreal, Mr. Sayegh is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Office of Chartered Administrators of Quebec. He counts more than 25 years experience in business management and consulting in the fields of auditing, taxation and franchizing. He worked for prestigious cabinets such as: Price Waterhouse, Samson Bélair Deloitte & Touche et le Groupe Malette Maheu before founding his own consultant firm, Sayegh & Associé affiliated tothe Groupe Malette Maheu.

MICHEL FORTIN: Michel Fortin is a model of entrepreneurship, both as a senior consultant and as a business owner. Chartered accountant graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in 1980, he helped turn around numerous multi-million dollar companies. He was owner and CEO of a major Canadian manufacturer until last year. He has a flair for successfully negotiating complex agreements and a proven track record of selling new concepts. His enthusiasm, professionalism and management approach breeds' loyalty and dedication even the most difficult of circumstances.
